Vitrelle2??? is made in the same hub lamination process but with a core glass that is 70 percent thicker than our original material. Beauty and function!, May 6, 2007

I saw this pattern online at Corelle and scoured stores and websites looking for it. After reading the reviews on Amazon, I decided to purchase it, being forwarned about the ‘faded’ look, and possible breakage, but knowing Amazon’s reputation I felt reassured in purchasing sight unseen. It came in perfect condition, fast shipping. The pattern is understated, very zen and non-threatening for my flower-phobic husband. I adore the set but felt it was too much for an 8 pc setting, so I purchased Corelle Square Round Pure White 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4 to complement it. Perfect!

durable and decorative delight, January 4, 2007

These dishes are so wonderful. I have always trusted the Corelle name, and these dishes have held up to my expectations. They are oversized, and we frequently use the salad plates as our dinner plates. The design is light, yet makes a beautiful, peaceful statement! I have received many compliments on them! And I love their square design!

Better Than Ever…, July 9, 2007

I recently bought these dishes for my mother for an anniversary present (It was what she wanted…). We have had corelle my entire life, HOWEVER, these are by far better quality than any other corelle dishes we have ever had. They are thicker, heavier. The design is delicate and beautiful. I have no doubt that these will last as long, if not longer, than any other set we have ever owned. Beautiful, tough and long-lasting; what else can a family ask for?

Beautiful and durable, December 20, 2007

We have been “Corelle” fans for many years; owning severeral sets before this one. “Ultra” is a substantial improvement in the product line. Added durability (not exactly “Bullet Proof”), but VERY close, and a beautiful compliment to our kitchen table…what more could I ask for ??? We have young grandchildren that are very much a part of our everyday lives; and IF we find something that we can use and enjoy without fear of destruction, we welcome it. THIS IS IT !!! I strongly recommend Corelle Ultra as “everyday” dishes for both family and friends. We own an RV,and we were so impressed with the “Ultra” that we purchasd an extra complete set for “home away from home”. GJM

Beautiful!, July 18, 2007

As someone before me stated, the printing on these dishes is a little lighter than the picture portrays; yet I still found them to be beautiful. I bought them to for everyday dishes to replace the cheep dish set I bought my freshman year college. I wasn’t quite sure if I was going to like them because I really don’t care for the majority of Corelle’s lines, but I thought I’d give them a shot and I was pleasantly suprised! I found them be a nice, durable, everyday set. They’re a little thicker than traditional Corelle dishes that gives them a substance, and the soft, square shape is very modern. I’m even looking forward to using them for casual, small get togethers because their nice enough to use when company comes. I would definately recomend them to anyone.

love my new dishes, April 3, 2008

I got 2 sets of these to replace my heavy, clunky dishes that didn’t stack well and chipped way too easily. These stack so nicely, which is important for me because I have a small kitchen with very limited cupboard space. With my old dishes I used to have to keep some of them in my basement, but now I can fit both sets in my kitchen with more room than I had before. They are light and durable, too. I love the cherry blossom pattern, even though I don’t normally like pink. It is very pretty and simple. I really like the square shape, I just think it looks a little more modern. They arrived right on time, nothing broken at all. Overall, I’m very happy with them. They are my first set of Corelle and if I ever need to get more dishes I will certainly get Corelle again.

extremely disappointed, December 13, 2007

I’ve had several sets of corelle over the years and my daughter picked out this set for a gift. The first plate out of the box was so poorly printed out of line that single branch tips were double branch tips. In looking over the dishes the picture quality was very coarse and looked and felt like a decal. We didn’t even open the second box because we knew we were sending it back.

I read the review then I decided to buy them.I realy like corelle dinner ware so I am looking for to get them but I got the set of one bowl broken. Immedeatly I retured it and they sent me back replace item so quick but it was also broken one. I could not belive it but I thought They never check the stock and deliver me maybe same one I retuned. This time I order refund. Now I realy think never buy any brakable item from amazon anymore.
