Beautiful and Great for Everyday!, November 7, 2006

My finace and I bought these dishes for our ‘first set’ when we moved in together, however they have become treasured pieces that we hope to have for a long time. The pattern is beautiful, durable and elegant. They clean up in the dishwasher really well. The dinner plates are a good size and also have a small lip on them to prevent sauces from over-flowing onto the table. The lunch/dessert plates are also great for kids who don’t eat as much. My only complaint would be that I wish it came with mugs instead of tea cups and saucers, because we prefer mugs. Although the tea cups came in handy when we dyed easter eggs! and they didn’t stain either! Really great, don’t hesitate to get them.

You can’t beat Corelle. I love this pattern, as it matches my kitchen’s herb theme. They dont break, they wash great, and they look nice! I bought 2 sets and all the matching accesories - I love it!

Corelle is “Timeless”, January 18, 2007

I purchased 2 sets for my parents for a present(they’re both 87). These dishes replaced their other Corelle set that was 15 years old. My Mom likes Corelle dinnerware for everyday use because it is lightweight and difficult to break when dropped. They were so happy with it and so was I!

I replaced my 25 year old Corelle with a new set. I wanted a pattern that would be easy to live with and this set meets that need. I am very happy with this set and only wish that I could get a bread/butter plate to match to round out the two sets I bought.

Corelle Thymeless, May 29, 2007

We really love the Corelle brand, and the Thymeless is just beautiful. My only real criticism is that some of the plates seem to have the pattern printed/painted slightly off-center. The cups are too small to be very useful. All in all, I would purchase the set again.

Mediocre quality dishes,, May 25, 2008

Seeing that these dishes are made by Corelle I was hoping for superior quality. I ordered two sets for Mothers day, once I got them I opened them and found that two dishes had noticeable blemishes on the herb design and a few others were a tad bit crooked around the rim when looked at all stacked together from a profile angle. There is also noticeable crookedness on some of the green trim on a few of the dishes. At a quick glance you can’t really tell though. The return service with Amazon is great, I sent them a request for an exchange and they sent me another set right away, unfortunately when I opened the package I found a broken plate. I sent back the blemished plates along with the broken plate and had no problems with Amazon.
